Three structured 45-minute classes, each designed to strengthen, tone and define your body through targeted, low-impact training. Pick the one that matches your goals for the day, or rotate through all three across the week for balanced sculpting.

 

BARRE

Ballet-inspired movements that strengthen and lengthen your muscles, targeting glutes, thighs, arms and core. You’ll move through pliĂ©s, arabesques and pulse sequences at the barre, with isometric holds used to build control and endurance. The focus is on alignment, posture and controlled repetition to develop lean muscle definition. No dance experience required.

 

FULL BODY

A low-impact, full-body workout combining barre, Pilates and strength-based training. Controlled, high-repetition movements and targeted resistance work build strength, endurance and coordination, while improving posture and alignment. Expect a continuous burn across glutes, legs, arms and core, with options to adjust intensity to your level.

 

CORE/ HOT CORE

A targeted session focused entirely on the core: deep abdominals, obliques, lower back and pelvic floor. Core Sculpt builds the foundation for a stronger body, a healthier spine and better posture. Expect planks, rotational work, and slow, controlled movements, with a serious burn.

 

All three classes are low-impact and suitable for all levels.
