Our Reformer Pilates classes are built around progressive class types so you can start at the right level and keep advancing. Using Balanced Body Allegro Beds, every session is a dynamic, full-body workout on the Reformer, targeting strength, stability, alignment and mobility.

BEGINNER / FOUNDATIONAL

Designed for anyone new to the Reformer or those who want to focus on the foundations. This class introduces the carriage, core principles and essential movement patterns. The focus is on technique, control and building confidence with the equipment. You will learn spring settings, footwork, and how to engage the stabilising muscles that make Reformer training so effective.

ALL-LEVEL

A step up from the foundations, this class builds on core principles whilst introducing more challenging and dynamic sequences. Progressions, adaptations and regressions, will be offered throughout the class, allowing you to choose the level that suits your experience and ability. Expect controlled, supportive, sessions that develop strength, coordination and confidence on the Reformer.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED

For those confident with the fundamentals and ready to be challenged. Faster-paced sessions layer in complex sequences, balance challenges and resistance variations that push your strength, flexibility and coordination further.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A 50-minute, low-impact session that will leave you feeling longer, stronger and more connected in your movement. Classes are taught in small groups with individual attention to form.

Grip socks are required for all RE. FORMER sessions. Bring your own or purchase a pair at reception.

Open to all levels, simply choose the class that matches your experience.
