Our Reformer program is designed to meet you where you are in your practice, with two progressive class types to build strength, stability, and control at every level. Using the Reformer carriage, each session delivers a dynamic full-body workout that enhances alignment, posture, and mobility. 
BEGINNER/FOUNDATIONAL

Perfect for newcomers or those new to the Reformer. This class introduces the carriage, core principles, and essential movements. Focus is on technique, control, and building confidence with the equipment.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

For those confident with the basics and ready to challenge themselves. This class moves at a faster pace, layering in more complex sequences, balance challenges, and resistance variations to push strength, flexibility, and control. 
 WHAT TO EXPECT

A full-body, low-impact workout designed to strengthen from the inside out. Each class will leave you feeling longer, stronger, and more connected in your movement.

You will need grip socks for all RE.FORMER sessions; you're welcome to bring your own or feel free to purchase a pair from our reception. 
 Open to all levels — simply choose the class that best fits your experience.
