Circuit 40min
Our signature 40-minute HIIT circuit starts every 10 minutes, so youâre never late. A different workout every day, blending resistance, cardio and functional strength, guided by on-screen demonstrations and hands-on coaching. Walk in whenever youâre ready. Open to all levels.
RE.FORMER

Reformer Pilates Training with progressive difficulty levels, from foundational technique to advanced sequences. Low-impact, full-body sessions that build strength, stability and control. Grip socks required. Foundation, All-Level, and Intermediate/Advanced class options.
RE.RUN (TREADING)

A 45-minute hybrid of treadmill intervals work on the Woodway treads and dumbbell strength with our Fit benches. Sprints, hills, endurance blocks and resistance training in one session. All levels welcome.
RE.SCULPT (BARRE/FULL BODY/CORE)

Three 45-minute sculpt classes, each with a distinct focus. Barre delivers ballet-inspired toning, Full-Body blends Pilates-based dynamic sequences, and Core targets the back, glutes and abdominals. Low-impact, high-intensity. All levels welcome.
RE.CENTER (PILATES / YOGA)

Mat Pilates, Hot Pilates, Power Yoga and Hot Yoga in our infrared-heated, Schumann Resonance studio, the first of its kind in Europe. 60-minute sessions designed to build flexibility, strength and calm. All levels welcome.
RE.CYCLE (SPINNING)

A 45-minute rhythm ride in an immersive studio with dynamic lighting and sound. Instructor-led, playlist-driven and high energy. Climbs, sprints and choreography set to the beat. No cycling experience needed.
RE.CYCLE (PERFORMANCE)

A data-driven 45-minute ride on Keiser bikes. Train by power (watts), heart rate and RPE across structured intervals. Track your progress week to week.

RUMBLE RUN CLUB
30MIN RUN
A social 5km run at a conversational 6:00-6:30 min/km pace. No pressure, no racing, just good company and steady kilometres. All are welcome.
