The perfect blend of strength and conditioning. RE.RUN splits your 45 minutes between high-intensity intervals on Woodway treadmills and resistance work using Fit bench equipment. The treadmill blocks alternate between sprints, hill climbs and endurance efforts; the floor blocks utilise resistance training techniques to build strength in different muscle groups.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions open with a dynamic warm-up before moving into structured intervals. Expect sprint efforts, incline work, and plyometric bursts on your treadmill. Accompanied by resistance training utilising Dumbbells, Kettlebells and Slam Balls, all within your Fit bench station. Your instructor coaches the format of your treadmill work, offering different speed options for jogs, runs and sprints. They set the pace; you dictate the intensity.
The Woodway treadmills are slatted, motorless-feel treads that absorb impact and allow for a more natural running motion, making them kinder to your joints than standard treadmills.
Wear running shoes and workout clothes you are ready to sweat in. Towel and water station provided.
Open to all levels. If running is not your thing, ask about a âDouble Benchâ option: strength-only, no treadmill.
