Our high intensity interval workouts on the Woodway treadmills vary to target different areas and suit different levels. 

The workout is a fusion of running intervals and free weights using fit benches designed to challenge your strength, improve your overall speed, acceleration, and endurance while building muscle. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect a 45 minute long session with warm ups, including sprints , plyometrics, and resistance training.
