60-minute, one-to-one sessions, designed entirely around your goals. Whether you want to improve your running, build strength, master the Reformer, sharpen your boxing technique or work on mobility and injury prevention, our coaches will build a programme tailored to you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first session includes an assessment of your current fitness, movement quality and objectives. From there, your coach designs a progressive plan and tracks your results session to session. Training can take place across any of our studios and equipment, including treadmills, Reformers, free weights, box sparring and the functional training floor.
