As a three times national champion in basketball, I’m not scared of putting in the work but I also realise that your training has to be enjoyable for you to meet your fitness goals.  

Having trained teams, groups and individuals for years to achieve the results they need, I understand the importance of catering to individual / group needs. 

Fitness isn’t a quick fix and I want to share the benefits of a fit and healthy lifestyle with you. 

I pride myself on making every group class or one to one session tough but motivating and as fun as possible. I adapt my classes and sessions to individuals’ abilities, ensuring you feel challenged but accomplished after every session.  The results will speak for themselves.
