Isa’s health and fitness journey started 7 years ago, when he set out to improve his health and lost over 45kg!
Along the way Isa developed a love for HIIT circuits, mobility and strength training; the benefits of which he can personally attest to!
He’s always happy to chat and share advice. Isa combines his knowledge and personal experiences with his background in Psychology and Behavioural Science (MSc), and believes that a holistic approach to health and fitness is the key to making lasting positive changes!
