To get out of that Groundhog day feeling I was determined to make my fitness routine as fun as possible. I love resistance/strength training as I can push myself to my full capability and feel stronger and notice my body progressively adapt and strengthen itself which helps keep me motivated!
For the past three years I have enjoyed inspiring, educating and challenging others from different abilities and ages starting from age 5 to 70+ to reach their full potential in both a mental and physical aspect whilst keeping fun sessions and creative.
