I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years.
I have a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and have trained a wide variety of people over the years. My first love however has always been teaching group exercise classes.
I have done a wide range of courses over the years including exercise to music, Zumba, Pilates, indoor cycling, aqua aerobics, Les Mills Body Pump and Body Attack.
Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to motivate a group of members to push their physical boundaries and experience that endorphin rush derived from physical activity. The smile on their faces after a class is priceless.
