Double Choc Chip Protein Balls

Double Choc Chip Protein Balls (Serves 5) Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. chocolate vegan protein powder (or flavour of your choice)
  • 30g coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. greens powder
  • 125g natural almond butter
  • 30ml rice malt syrup
  • 35ml filtered water
  • 10g cacao nibs
  • 20g raw unsalted walnuts, roughly chopped Method
  1. Combine protein powder, coconut flour and cacao powder in a bowl.
  2. Add in almond butter, rice malt syrup and water and combine with your
  3. hands until a sticky dough has formed. Mix through cacao nibs and walnuts.
  4. Using the palm of your hand, roll the mixture into 10 even balls and set in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. Serve 2 balls and refrigerate the leftover balls to be consumed over the week.
