Choc Protein Porridge

Choc Protein Porridge (Serves 1) Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. stevia
  • 75ml filtered waterToppings

50g frozen raspberries, thawed

5g cacao nibs10g desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Add oats and almond milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add in protein powder, cacao powder, stevia and water and stir through. Cook for afurther minute, or until thickened.
  3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with raspberries, cacao nibs and coconut.
  4. Serve.
