Choc Protein Porridge (Serves 1) Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp. cacao powder
- 1 tsp. stevia
- 75ml filtered waterToppings

50g frozen raspberries, thawed
5g cacao nibs10g desiccated coconut
Method
- Add oats and almond milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add in protein powder, cacao powder, stevia and water and stir through. Cook for afurther minute, or until thickened.
- Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with raspberries, cacao nibs and coconut.
- Serve.
