Choc Chia Breakfast Mousse

Choc Chia Breakfast Mousse (Serves 1) Ingredients

  • 35g avocado
  • 3 tbsp.chocolate vegan protein powder (or flavour of yourchoice)
  • 1 tbsp. (7g) cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 40g natural coconut yoghurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp. stevia
  • 30g chia seedsMethod
  1. Add avocado, protein powder, cacao powder, nutmeg, almond milk, yoghurt and stevia to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Stir through chia seeds.
  3. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow chia seeds to expand and mixture to thicken.
  4. Serve.
